In terms of tinnitus, I think that acupuncture is more effective than Chinese herbs. But you should be aware that the success rate for acupuncture is mixed. If you have already seen a physician to discuss treatment options and have not found anything effective, you might want to consider discussing trying acupuncture with your patients for a few treatments to see if you get any benefit.
