I came across this formula online and it supposedly is an Over-the-Counter product. I've searched everywhere online but nothing exactly matches these ingredients:

500 mg. capsules

Rehmanniae Rx Preparata
Dioscoreae Rz.
Corni Fr.
Poria cocas Rx.
Alismatis Rz.
Cinnnamomi Cx.
Aconiti Rx. Preparata

This is a kidney formula - many of the ones I find are close to this, but not exact. Does anyone have any ideas on what the name of this is and where one might find it? Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
