Non Hodgins Lymphoma - treatment I'm using

Post a new topicby DianneD on Mon Oct 15, 2007 4:59 pm

I cannot post on the regular cancer forum, so if someone finds this, maybe it will help them. I have no health insurance and no physician will see me without first giving them upfront thousands of dollars.......I don't have thousands of dollars to give them. There is no govt. help of any kind. I've tried everywhere I could think of.

I've been told that Vitamin C IV therapy is best, but I can't find anyone who does this. The only doctor who did, is now retired. Seems the older doctors believe in alternative treatments where the new ones do not. So, I'm taking about 16,000 units of Vit. C a day, about every 3 hours, timed release vitamin C; Vit. D 2000 units, Vit. A 4000 units, Vitamin K, Resveratrol twice a day, IP 6 twice a day, and a multi vitamin. Also it seems I'm low in postassium so I take potassium citrate once a day as well. I recently started taking Longevinex which has more reservatrol in it than I was taking, plus it has IP6 as well, so I only have to buy the one tablet instead of the other 2.

As I said, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodkins lymphoma a year ago this October, but I know i've had it for at least 5 years. My lymph nodes in my neck were swollen and infected as far back as 5 years. It's odd, sometimes they will swell up and I'll need to go to a physician for amoxicillin tablets, 500 mg a day for 10 days, and that brings them down again, but I continue my alternative treatment. It's working for me, that's all I know. My mother had non-Hodgkins and she died 6 weeks after being diagnosed, and she was diagnosed at around the same age as me. I only wish I knew about alternative treatments when she had it. She had 2 chemo treatments but died in 6 weeks.
