vitamin b5 for arthritis

Post a new topicby wings4031 on Sun Dec 30, 2007 5:37 pm

hope someone here can lead me in the right direction ~ i have arthritis in both knees, quite painful lately. I am trying the vitamin/supplement regime that is recommended on this site. however i cannot find b5 (pantothenic acid) in small doses. the recommendation is 12.5mg and the smallest i can find is 100mg.
if anyone else is using these supplements i would appreciate knowing how they are working for you and where you found the b5 in that dosage.

thanks!

Fill a small or medium jar with the whole cloves. Pour the mineral oil over the cloves to cover completely. Let sit for a week or two. At night before going to bed dab the oil mixture onto the affected areas and rub in. The stiffness from arthritis will be greatly lessened if not entirely gone. Expected Results Within: 2 weeks. Without taking vitamins b5 for arthritis anyone can do the treatment.
