At the age of 44 i was diagnosed ulcerative colitis, i had non stop diahrea for three weeks. Colonscopy revealed inflamation and ulcers in the whole colon. Immediately i was put on 40 mg of prednisilone,and all other anti inflamatory drugs. Symptoms were revealed after one week. I was asked by the doctors to continue mesalazine for another two years.
