I think I have a particularly difficult case of acne I get all kinds - blackheads, little red or white bumps, and really large deep pimples. All over my face, somewhat on my chest & back. My face is also very oily. I took Accutane for the first time in college (mid-90’s) and it changed my life. I took two courses over the four years and stayed relatively clear for a few years afterwards. My skin got worse over the following years.
